Shipping Notes
Crating (if applicable) charges are extra and will be included on the final invoice. VCA inc. is not responsible for damage occurring once an item leaves our facility. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours TO THE CARRIER. Packing/Shipping must be handled by the client and trucking service of their choice. Unless otherwise agreed upon, a Storage Fee of $75.00 per week will be charged starting 2 weeks after completion date.

Carriers
The client can use their own preferred carrier, if applicable, or we can recommend two carriers with which we have established a working relationship.
