Guarantee
All of our pieces are built to the highest quality standards. Every effort is made to assure that a premium product is delivered to our customers. We guarantee our pieces for one year against defects under normal use conditions. If a problem does occur under normal use we will make every effort to a) restore the piece, or b) replace the item and ship it back free of charge.
Payment
Visa and Master credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted. A 50% deposit is required to start production. The balance of payment is due before items are released to client or trucking service. No refunds will be issued after a deposit has been made. Balance invoices are sent out 4-6 weeks prior to order completion. Should you wish to be invoiced earlier please state that request clearly on your purchase order. Payment is due upon receipt of final invoice.
Time Frame
Lead time is 8 - 12 weeks. Deviation from stock sizes would add an additional 15% to price. A rush service option may be available for a 25% mark-up, cutting the estimated lead time in half. Pieces requiring customer supplied fabrics will need to have fabrics shipped to VCA inc. 4 weeks prior to completion date. All estimated completion dates given on production items will be confirmed by our customer representative a week before completion date.
